Bowling & Arcade Front Desk Attendant
Job Description
Were looking for a friendly and outgoing team member to join our front desk staff. As the first point of contact, youll welcome guests, help with lane assignments, sell arcade cards, and keep the fun running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
Assign bowling lanes and handle shoe rentals
Sell and reload arcade cards, handle cash/credit transactions
Answer questions about games, promotions, and events
Keep the front desk and rental areas clean and organized
Help ensure guest safety and follow company policies
Requirements
Great communication and people skills
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Basic computer and cash-handling skills
Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)

Games Support Technician

Gaming Support Techs are responsible for the repair and maintenance of
our Arcade Games & Bowling Lanes, simulators, and technical equipment.
They also assist our Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the Arcade at all times.

Other Simple Tasks (Machine Cleaning, Floor cleaning) will be requested.
Work Hours - Generally 4-8 hours per day.
