SUMMARYThe Porter/Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall cleaning and appearance of the community models and vacant readies, including the public access areas utilized by current and prospective residents. JOB RESPONSIBILITIESCleans office, public access areas, and models as directed. This includes but is not limited to mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removalCleans apartments thoroughly after move-out or vacant units to prepare for new residentsKeeps model units and public access areas clean and maintains these areasMonitors and reports on the inventory of cleaning suppliesResponsible for trash and debris removal from the trash compactor and dumpster areasMaintains the housekeeping storage room Report any maintenance concerns or repairs in unoccupied apartments, models, and common areas to the Property ManagerHelps maintenance staff and other staff members as neededQUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills/AbilitiesResidential/apartment experience, plusMust be able to work some weekends and extended hoursPhysical Requirements:Ability to walk and stand for long periods, with frequent interruptions, reaching, bending, or carrying, including climbing flights of stairs in various weather conditionsRequires manual dexterity with normal hand/finger movement and coordinationAbility to occasionally lift, carry, position, or move objects weighing up to 125 pounds, including heavy loads of debris and 2-yard dumpstersMust be able to operate a pressure washer system for exterior use "We dont just offer a jobwe offer a lifestyle!
