We are currently in need of a Concierge to help us open our new Brightview Brick Sales Center! Brightview Brick will be our first community in Brick, NJ and will provide high-end, senior independent living, assisted living, and memory care options for our new residents.

Responsibilities:

You will cree a vibrant Brightview experience by greeting, welcoming, engaging and assisting our residents, family members, guests and callers. If you have an interest in working with seniors and embrace Brightviews STARS core values we want to hear from you! As a Concierge, you will:

  • Consistently and genuinely demonstre the STARS principles of Service, Teamwork, Action, Repution and Success in all activities and interactions.
  • Greet, engage and assist callers and guests in a vibrant, professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure th colleral merials such as brochures are up to de and readily available.
  • Work closely with the community Executive Director and Sales Director(s) in fielding inquiry calls.
  • Respond to inquiries and promote all th Brightview has to offer in terms of programming, dining services, care and safety.
  • Make follow-up calls to prospective residents and/or families to maintain contact.
  • Help maintain da in the Yardi lead base system ensuring th informion is upded timely and accurely.
  • Continue to support the community sales efforts by engaging visitors and prospective residents, collecting informion, and promoting Brightview as a gre place to live.
  • Help ensure th model apartments are well maintained and ready to show all times.
  • Assist the Business Office Director and Recruiting Specialist with the interview process.
  • Assist the Business Office Director to ensure th all files remain within compliance.
  • Assist the Business Office Director with ordering and maintaining an adeque inventory of office and community supplies.
Salary range: USD $19.00 - USD $21.75 /Hr.

Compension Disclosure:

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualificions, locion, community size (if relevant), certificions/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compension ranges.

Qualificions:

In order to qualify, you must have knowledge of office equipment and basic computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The ideal candide will also have:

  • Associe degree and a minimum of two years of experience in either a Sales or Administrive capacity th involved significant amount of working with internal and external customers.
  • Self- motived to take on new challenges and determine solutions.
  • The ability to quickly connect with people of varying demographics, backgrounds and experiences.
  • Strong customer service skills with demonstred experience in building relionships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicion skills.
  • Exceptional computer skills and the ability to quickly master new applicions.
  • Strong organizional skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong tention to detail.
  • Positive titude, enthusiasm and energy.
  • Ability and desire to be a team player.
