Bartender/Server

As we move into our busy patio season, the Duvall Tavern is looking to hire one to two bartenders who can be trained and ready to go before May. Spring and summer are some of our busiest and most exciting months, and we re looking for energetic, dependable team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment.At the Duvall Tavern, our bartenders are more than just bartenders they also serve as servers on the floor. This hybrid role requires strong multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay organized and efficient during high-volume shifts. Our team works closely together, with bussers supporting service by helping expo food and bus tables, allowing bartenders and servers to focus on delivering great guest experiences.We re looking for individuals who bring great energy to the room, work well with a team, and enjoy connecting with customers. If you re someone who can move quickly, stay upbeat under pressure, and take pride in providing excellent service, we d love to hear from you.Experience behind the bar or serving is preferred, but the most important qualities are reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
