Youll be responsible for mixing drinks to order, maintaining a clean and organized bar, supporting inventory management, and delivering friendly, attentive service that keeps guests coming back.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a lively atmosphere, works well under pressure, and knows how to bring energy and hospitality to every interaction.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesTake beverage and food orders from guests and service staffPrepare and serve cocktails, wine, draft beer, bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beveragesMix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, bitters, syrups, and garnishes to create quality drinksProvide excellent guest service while maintaining speed and accuracy in a high-volume environmentCollect payments and accurately process transactionsUpsell premium liquors, featured cocktails, wine, and additional beverage offeringsMaintain bar cleanliness, organization, and presentation standardsArrange bottles, glassware, and displays for an attractive and functional bar setupSlice, prep, and stock fruit garnishes and bar suppliesReplenish bar snacks and maintain inventory levels throughout serviceAssist with ordering liquor, beer, wine, and bar supplies when neededServe food items as requested by guestsEnsure all alcohol service complies with Florida Beverage Laws and responsible serving practicesSupport team members and assist with additional duties as assignedEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferredPrevious bartending, barback, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferredEquivalent combination of education and experience will be consideredExperience in high-volume, fast-paced service environments is a plusBasic Required SkillsMust be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplaceStrong verbal communication and guest service skills requiredAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong multitasking and problem-solving skillsAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureTeam-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethicBasic math and cash-handling skills preferredPhysical RequirementsMost work tasks are performed primarily outdoors in the natural elements, including heat, humidity, sun, and varying weather conditionsMust be able to stand and maintain well-paced mobility for extended periods, often 5+ hours at a timeFrequent walking, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, stretching, and lifting required throughout each shiftMust be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. as neededAbility to maneuver quickly between bar stations, guest tables, dock areas, and service locationsRequires repetitive motions including grasping, writing, pouring, carrying trays, and operating bar equipmentContinuous talking, hearing, and visual awareness required for guest interaction and safe operationsManual dexterity required to safely operate all necessary bar equipment and toolsEOE M/D/F/V
