A Bell Attendant is responsible for welcoming guests, handling luggage, and providing personalized assistance to ensure a smooth and pleasant hotel experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\:
Greeting and assisting guests warmly and courteously
Handling, transporting, and storing luggage safely
Handling and transporting guest vehicles and related equipment
Coordinating with Front Desk and other hotel departments for guest deliveries
Providing directions to local insights
Transporting guests to local venues
Responding promptly to guest inquiries and special requests
