A Bell Attendant is responsible for welcoming guests, handling luggage, and providing personalized assistance to ensure a smooth and pleasant hotel experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\:

  • Greeting and assisting guests warmly and courteously

  • Handling, transporting, and storing luggage safely

  • Handling and transporting guest vehicles and related equipment

  • Coordinating with Front Desk and other hotel departments for guest deliveries

  • Providing directions to local insights

  • Transporting guests to local venues

  • Responding promptly to guest inquiries and special requests
