What You'll Do- Greet and welcome guests and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Open doors, assist with packages, and provide directions or information as needed.
- Monitor restaurant entrance and exit to maintain security and control access.
- Coordinate with concierge, security, or management to address guest needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance area at all times.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or unusual situations, following established protocols.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Professional appearance and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to remain calm and attentive in busy or high-pressure situations.
- Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or security is a plus.
