The team is deeply involved in daily operations, fostering mentorship, and creating a culture of growth for its members.

Job Overview: Rootstalk is seeking individuals who share their passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, are dedicated to honing their hospitality craft, and find joy in the process. The restaurant emphasizes a positive and professional work environment where team members can learn, grow, and achieve their personal goals in the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of bartending experience in a high-level dining room, a strong work ethic, positive attitude, a complete understanding of classic cocktails, spirit knowledge and a desire to contribute to the culture of the restaurant family.

Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of technical bartending experience in full service restaurants.

- Working in a tip pool system where each service team member supports eachother.
- Setting up the restaurant before service and ensuring the space is ready to welcome our guests.
- Working to code. Following the systems established by leadership and following the steps of service that are outlined.
