We currently perform janitorial building services, mechanical engineering, HVAC and maintenance services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the Big Island. -Benefits Include: Competitive wages, flexible spending accounts, direct deposit, 401(k) plan, more. -Status: Part-time -Position: Day Porter - Custodial -Location: Honolulu, HI 96813 -Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (37.5 hours weekly) -Compensation per hour: $17.50 Key responsibilities/requirement include: -Cleaning and maintaining the location space, which involves: -Sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing -Cleaning restrooms and storage areas -Removing trash and replacing liners, disposing of waste in designated areas -Restocking supplies -Performing other tasks as directed by the HBM supervisor -Candidates must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach (including overhead), grasp objects, kneel, crawl, squat, climb, stoop, stretch, press, push, pull, carry, and lift a minimum of 20 lbds. -Must pass HBM prescreen check -High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Hawaiian Building Maintenance Office: 1013 Kawaiahao Street, Honolulu, HI 96814 (Office closed to walk-ins, by appointment) Fax your resume to: ...
