Typical responsibilities include:

• Restocking beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, napkins, straws, ice, and glassware
• Changing beer kegs and soda syrup boxes
• Keeping the bar clean during service:
  • wiping counters
  • washing dishes/glassware
  • clearing empty bottles and trash
  • mopping spills
• Refilling ice bins and coolers
• Preparing garnishes and simple prep items (lemons, limes, cherries, etc.)
• Assisting bartenders with opening and closing duties
• Organizing storage areas and inventory
• Helping maintain cleanliness and health/safety standards
• Occasionally running drinks or checking IDs

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00)
