When assigned, support for on-site presence during evening events and weekend programming will be required. Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Project management and support for school and program-focused events for the SEUC department, including producing meeting agendas, meeting recap documentation and event timelines, staffing events, onsite logistics, vendor coordination and expense management. This position will frequently interact with high-level university leadership, donors, and alumni.
Reporting and Data Management

Assist with RSVP management and reporting.

Assist with gathering and analyzing event data, including complex invitation data from multiple software systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.

This position is located in St. Louis, MO and the targeted hiring range for this position is $23.37 - $26.00.
