This position requires the ability to maintain and keep Annex 20 in excellent condition. The individual will be responsible for cleaning and notifying their supervisor of any maintenance needs or supply shortages. Duties include general upkeep, quarterly deep cleaning, laundering house supplies and towels, tidying up, restocking supplies, and taking out the trash.
Required Qualifications Preferred Qualifications
Experience:
Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
Skills:
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
Good physical stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 25 pounds).
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Personal Attributes:
Professional appearance and positive interaction with supervisors and colleagues.
Dependability and strong work ethic.
Ability to handle basic maintenance and cleaning tasks.
Other Requirements:
Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
