What Youll Do

As a Guest Experience Specialist , youre the first impression for every customer who walks through our doors or drives through our lane. Youll welcome guests, guide them through their order, and ensure every meal is prepared and delivered just right. Whether youre helping at the counter, working in the drive-thru, or resolving a concern, youll play a key role in keeping our restaurants welcoming and efficient.

Your Day Might Include:

• Greeting guests and assisting them with their orders in a friendly, professional way
• Assembling food and beverage orders accurately and quickly
• Keeping service areas clean, stocked, and organized
• Working with kitchen team members to ensure hot, fresh, accurate orders
• Learning how to handle guest feedback and make it right when things go wrong

This position is with an independent franchisee of McDonalds restaurants located in Delaware and Maryland. Dukart Management owns a license to use McDonalds logos and food products in operating its restaurants, but it is a separate company and employer from McDonalds USA. As your employer, Dukart Management is solely responsible for all employment matters at its restaurants, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonalds USA has no control over these employment matters and will not receive or be involved in your employment application or hiring decisions.
