Responsibilities
Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and general requests
Escort guests to accommodations, inspect rooms, and respond to needs promptly
Organize and store luggage securely in designated areas
Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and city events
Maintain a professional, welcoming presence in guest reception areas
Perform additional duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with organizational skills to manage guest belongings
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
