Job Details Quadrant Bar & Lounge & The Saga Seven Reasons Group is seeking an experienced Captain/ Lead Server to join our dynamic team at our dual concept establishment located in The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C. ABOUT OUR CONCEPTS:

Quadrant Bar & Lounge - An exclusive destination featuring contemporary French-(Latin) American cuisine and premiere mixology in an elegant, entertaining environment that celebrates Washington, DC.

The Saga - Chef Enrique Limardo's culminating restaurant showcasing evolved Spanish-influenced cuisine with top-tier hospitality, featuring an open kitchen concept designed by award-winning OOAK designers.

RESPONSABILITIES:
Providing warm and attentive service
Maintaining menu and beverage knowledge
Following service standards and sequence of service
Supporting guest experience and teamwork
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous serving experience preferred
Fine dining or hotel experience is a plus
Strong communication and hospitality skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
