Helmed by Chef Brian Limoges (Atelier Crenn, Quince, Birdsong, and Saison), Enclos has received two Michelin Stars within its first six months of opening, along with the prestigious Michelin Green Star for sustainability. We offer a nightly Chef's Tasting Menu, Wednesday through Saturday. In partnership with Stone Edge Farm Estate Vineyard and Winery, our program highlights estate wines alongside notable producers from California and abroad.

Position Summary We are looking for a Sommelier who brings warmth, deep technical wine knowledge, and a clear passion for guest-focused hospitality. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, supports both service and education, and contributes meaningfully to a refined, producer-driven wine program.

Responsibilities
  • Lead tableside wine service with precision, confidence, and grace.
  • Execute bottle service, pairings, and thoughtful guest recommendations in alignment with Chef's menu.
  • Support cellar management, inventory accuracy, receiving, and organization.
  • Assist in staff education through pre-service trainings, tastings, and ongoing mentorship.
  • Collaborate with Captains and kitchen leadership to maintain impeccable pacing and service coordination.
  • Participate in the evolution and refinement of the wine program.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation of wine knowledge; certification (WSET, CMS) a plus but not required.
  • Prior sommelier experience in fine dining; Michelin or tasting-menu experience preferred.
  • Organized, communicative, and motivated, with strong hospitality instincts.
  • Commitment to professionalism, learning, and team collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $90,000.00)
