Day Porter - Full -Time

Location: 950 Montana Dr., Charlotte, NC 28216Shift: 6:30am-3pm

Job Summary:

SCA is seeking an energetic and reliable Day Porter to perform day-to-day commercial property services at various locations in and around the greater Charlotte region. The successful candidate will be highly organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route.Complete assigned job(s) in the time allottedPerform labor duties as required by team lead. Such as:

Perform litter pick-up along highwaysPerform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail propertiesUsing a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issues

Job Requirements:

Valid Driver's LicenseClean driving record for past 3 yearsHigh school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work.Experience working outdoorsAbility to follow directions and read mapsMust maintain valid driver's license/good driving recordMust pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug testsAbility to operate a pick-up truck safelyAbility to lift 40 lbs. occasionallyModerate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required.Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending, as required
