This is a high-volume, fast-paced event, and we are seeking experienced, reliable team members who can deliver excellent service and work well under pressure. Event Details: Dates: June 20-21 (both days are mandatory) Location: DMV area (details provided upon selection) Type: Large-scale food & beverage festival Compensation: Hourly pay for all hours worked Pooled tips distributed through the official system Requirements: Minimum 7 years of bartending or barback experience Must be available both event days (no exceptions) Valid photo ID (recent photo required) Current ServSafe or TIPS certification (must provide a copy) Must submit a resume with relevant experience Work Expectations & Policies: No phone use during shifts (only permitted during breaks) No personal payment apps (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, etc.) allowed during service All tips must be processed through the official event system Maintain professional behavior at all times Strong emphasis on teamwork and communication This is a great opportunity to be part of one of the area's premier food and beverage events.
