This is not a stand-around job. We want someone who likes staying busy, moves with urgency, notices what needs to be done without being told constantly, and takes pride in helping the bar run smoothly. What we're looking for: - Strong work ethic - Fast-paced and dependable - Able to stay calm under pressure - Team-oriented - Clean and organized - Motivated and proactive - Willing to learn Responsibilities may include: - Restocking beer, liquor, juices, garnishes, and ice - Washing glassware and keeping the bar clean - Bussing and resetting areas - Taking out trash - Assisting bartenders during rushes - Keeping the bar stocked, clean, and efficient at all times - Helping with opening and closing duties Experience in bars or restaurants is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter more.
