Job Summary:
Perform grounds maintenance and outdoor upkeep in a healthcare environment. Maintain safe and clean outdoor spaces across the facility in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain lawns landscaping and outdoor areas
• Perform mowing trimming and weeding
• Complete trash rounds and general grounds upkeep
• Operate equipment such as mowers blowers and hand tools
• Perform snow removal and treat walkways in winter conditions
• Inspect property exterior and report issues
• Complete minor outdoor repairs as needed
• Support team and maintain professional interactions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Grounds or landscaping experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Driver license required

Salary:

• $18 - $22 hourly
