Typical Work Week: Rotating schedule based on the needs of the programthat could include evenings and weekends.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Thecook is responsible for preparing meals and serving meals; breakfast, lunch,and dinner for students. The cook willprepare meals according to posted menus.

Responsibilitiesinclude preparing and serving meals; breakfast, lunch, and dinner for students.

Also responsiblefor keeping general kitchen area and appliances clean, and in order, whichincludes: sweeping and mopping of floors, cleaning the storage room and otherequipment and washing dishes.

Assists with foodorders.

Assist with foodtruck deliveries and storing items properly.

Record keeping ofsupplies, food portions and all associated paperwork.

Performs relatedduties as assigned.

Adheres to the policy and practice concerningissues of creation, editing, transmission, storage and disposition of allProtected Health Information (PHI) of Sequel Youth & Family Youth Services.

Supports byaction and example the Sequel TSI Creed.
