Job Description Ensures department adherence to company and departmental policies and
procedures.
Accurately assign and verify vehicle claim tickets upon arrival and retrieval.
Keep driveway clear of any vehicle that do not require valet assistance, clean areas
around booth, and valet area.
Inspect vehicle and report damages that exist prior to or after parking.
Distribute vehicle claim tickets and oversee key storage area/booth.
Prepare weekly work schedules, and maintain employee time and attendance.
Respond to and resolve guest concerns and complaints.
Hire, supervise, train, evaluate job performance, and administer discipline for team
members.
Other duties as assigned by management.
