Valentina s Wine Bar is a boutique wine bar in Old Bellevue focused on curated old world and boutique new world wines, elevated small bites, and warm hospitality in an intimate setting.We are currently looking for a Wine Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, wine, guest experience, and creating a welcoming environment.This position is perfect for someone looking for 2 3 shifts per week who enjoys an intimate hospitality environment and has a genuine passion for wine, guest experience, and creating meaningful connections with others. We value team members who take pride in hospitality, enjoy being part of a small team, and truly appreciate creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.Responsibilities:Guide guests through wine selections and pairingsProvide warm and attentive hospitalityMaintain knowledge of rotating wine offeringsOpen and close the wine barMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout shiftsAssist with food service including charcuterie boards and small platesSupport wine tastings and special eventsQualifications:Strong hospitality and communication skillsPositive, team-oriented attitudeInterest in wine and willingness to continue learningComfortable in a fast-paced environmentPrevious hospitality experience preferredMust be 21+Washington MAST Permit preferredWashington Food Handler Card preferredSchedule & Pay:Part-timeApproximately 15 20 hours per weekEvening and weekend availability preferredAvailability for special events and tastingsMinimum wage / DOE + tips Wine education opportunitiesSmall, team-oriented environmentPlease send a short introduction, resume, and availability.
