We're looking for energetic, friendly, and hospitality-driven Hosts and Hostesses who love connecting with people and creating memorable guest experiences. As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for every visit.

• Greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage waitlists and guest flow during busy service periods.
• Seat guests efficiently while maintaining proper table rotation.
• Provide menus and answer initial questions about the restaurant.
• Take reservations and manage incoming phone calls.
• Assist guests with requests and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Address guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, specials, and restaurant information.
• Support team members and assist other restaurant positions when needed.
• Help create a welcoming, organized, and upbeat atmosphere.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Outstanding communication and guest service skills.
• Professional, dependable, enthusiastic, and friendly personality.
• Positive attitude with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality, great food, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop new skills.
