What You'll Do:

• Lead and support the Front and Back of House teams during each shift.
• Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and upholds the highest standards.
• Be a hands-on leader-jump in to support the team when needed.
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Oversee food safety, speed of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns with care and urgency, turning problems into solutions.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with all Chick-fil-A standards.

What We're Looking For:

• You have previous leadership experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• You have strong decision-making skills and can think on your feet.
• You lead with confidence, clarity, and care.
• You are organized and detail-oriented-small things matter.
• You believe in servant leadership-you inspire your team through action, not just words.
• You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Weekend availability is required.
