Cheyenne Mountain Resort opened in 1985 and sits on 25 acres of land. The 4-Star Full Service property is nestled in the lush greens of Southern Colorado Springs and oversees Impressive mountain views, along with exciting activities like golf, swimming, and tennis. These allow for the unique experience that you can only get at this resort.

Hourly Rate\: $15.50 plus tips

Position Overview\: The General Store Barista will provide service in the grab-and-go store located the Main Lodge of Cheyenne Mountain Resort. This position will be responsible for fulfilling guest orders. The Barista will prepare beverages in accordance with menu standards and provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests. They are responsible for ordering, restocking, room delivery of orders and preparing food & beverages orders at The General Store. The Barista will be utilizing the POS system to capture orders and process payments. Special tasks/deliveries may be assigned, as necessary, by the supervisor or manager.

Job Duties & Responsibilities\:

• Prepare and serve handcrafted beverages, brewed coffee, and specialty drinks with consistency and care.

• Warm and serve grabandgo food items and light fare according to safety and quality standards.

• Greet guests, answer questions about offerings, and provide personalized recommendations.

• Handle cash and pointofsale transactions accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the market, including stocking shelves and restocking condiments and supplies.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to leadership.

• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.

• Deliver friendly, efficient service during peak business hours while maintaining attention to detail.

• Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred but not required training provided.

• Strong guest service skills and a warm, approachable demeanor.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fastpaced environment.

• Comfortable with basic food preparation, cash handling, and operating POS systems.

• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
