What began as a seasonal catering company has grown into a year-round operationand now, were thrilled to be opening our very own storefront cafe! Our team is like family: positive, hardworking, and passionate about good food, good coffee, and genuine hospitality.

The Role
Were looking for an enthusiastic Barista/Cashier to join our team as we open our new cafe. This role will focus primarily on providing a warm, welcoming experience for our cafe guestscrafting quality beverages, taking orders, serving pastries, and restocking product throughout the day!

Were looking for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a busy environment, and values teamwork. If you enjoy great coffee, good food, and working with others who share that passion, youll fit right in!

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
Prepare various coffee, espresso, and tea beverages to Groundeds quality standards
Handle transactions at the register (cash and digital payments)
Maintaining a clean space
Restock and organize the storefront throughout the day
Position Includes: Possible Offsite Catering - Join our waitstaff team on event dayshelp serve at weddings, private gatherings, and corporate events when needed!

What Were Looking For

Previous barista or cafe experience
Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a positive, fast-paced environment
