Condominium Housekeeper/Custodian/Cleaner (Part Time)

Seeking a permanent part time Housekeeper/Custodian for a luxury condominium in downtown Sarasota. Duties include but not limited to cleaning of common areas of building, guest suite, laundry, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning elevators, emptying garbage from common areas. Part time position (20 to 25 hours per week), flexible hours, Monday thru Friday. Must be dependable, have reliable transportation, be able to work independently, and fluent in English.
