About the Sportsmans Lodge
Established in 1945, the Sportsmans Lodge is a historic log-cabin landmark featuring a full-service restaurant, bar, casino, and an independent 30-room lodging operation made up largely of individual guest cabins. We are a tight-knit, independent outfit. We don't do "corporate silos" herewe operate as a team, we take pride in our history, and we focus on giving travelers and outdoor enthusiasts an authentic Montana experience.

On any given day, you might be checking in a group of fly fishermen, coordinating cabin readiness, assisting a guest with local trail recommendations, or jumping in to help another department during a quick rush. If you love people, like a workday where no two hours look the same, and enjoy wearing multiple hats, you will thrive here.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations: Handle cabin check-ins/check-outs with a warm, down-to-earth personality. Provide local insights on the area, dining, and outdoor spots.
Reservation Management: Manage our boutique property management system, phone inquiries, and email bookings with accuracy.
Property Coordination: Keep a sharp eye on the property. Coordinate closely with our small housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure our cabins are pristine and ready for arrival.
Team Support: Proudly operate with a "not my job" filter turned off. Be willing to pitch in, solve problems on the fly, and assist the broader lodge team when a hand is needed.
