Front Desk Reservationist

Whitefish Marine is seeking a part-time Front Desk Reservationist. We are in need of a responsible, enthusiastic applicant with excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Applicants must be able to :

Work Sunday, Mondays and pick up additional shifts as needed during peak season (July)
Greet walk in customers with a smile and assist as needed
Answer boat rental, sales and service phone calls
Transfer calls and taking thorough messages
Handling new reservation requests for boat rentals
Making changes to existing reservations via booking software
Be the main point of contact for both clients and dock attendants for rental department when manager is unavailable
Operate POS system to sell in store pro shop items and boat products
Assist with customer boat pick ups and drop offs
Close out and charge work orders for service clients
Maintaining tidy work space

Preferred but not required : A love for boating and basic trailering skills

We are looking to fill this position immediately, full time through September. Minimal training required. Fun, fast paced work environment with work perks and growth opportunity.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
