We are seeking an experienced Host/Hostess with at least 3 years of fine dining experience to join the team at Dearborns next dry aged halal steakhouse in the heart of downtown. This is a unique opportunity to help build a standout dining destination from the ground up and be part of a restaurant that is bringing an elevated fine dining experience to the community.

As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. We are looking for individuals who thrive in upscale dining environments, possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, and understand the importance of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be warm, welcoming, polished, and capable of managing reservations, guest flow, and seating arrangements while maintaining the highest standards of service. Your ability to create a memorable first impression and ensure every guest feels valued will play a vital role in the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome to each and every Guest who calls or visits our restaurants
  • Effectively coordinate and control our Guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell to our departing Guests
  • Demonstrate hospitality by walking our Guests to their table, and engaging them along the way
  • Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
  • Effectively communicate with Guests and your fellow Team Members
  • Be a team player and work well with others.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of fine dining kitchen experience required
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, and menu
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $25.00)
