At the King George Chick-fil-A located on the corner of Route 301 and Commerce Drive, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent owner/operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. The owner/operator of the King George Chick-fil-A was selected to be an owner/operator after leading a local Chick-fil-A and would love to help his team achieve their dreams!

Position Type:

• Part/Full-time (15-40+ hours per week)

• Kitchen - Hot production and cold production
• Kitchen - Dishwashing and cleaning
• Service - Drive-thru team members

• Service - Hospitality and cleaning

• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly working with urgency
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Show up to your scheduled shift on time
• Work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules, appearance guidelines, and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
