We also have additional events available throughout the summer for qualified staff. ************************************************ To be considered, please complete our application form: More details: Staffing Requested: Day-of Coordinator & Waitstaff (White bistro attire) Event Date: Saturday, May 30, 2026 Event Time: Coordinator: 2:40 PM - 10:00 PM Waitstaff: 4:50 PM - 11:00 PM Guest Count: 85 Venue: York, PA Key Responsibilities: *Day-of Coordinator: Arrive by 2:40 PM to assist with wedding day logistics, Oversee setup of reception spaces, ensure decorations, seating charts, and personal items are in place, Coordinate with vendors and manage timeline, Ensure smooth flow of events throughout the reception. *Waitstaff: Set up / Maintain food/beverage station Keep the buffet area clean and presentable, Replenish supplies Prepare coffee (instruction manual will be provided, all materials on-site) Clean/ Buss plates Break down/consolidate Maintain cleanliness throughout the event. Client request: The event is being held at the Museum. I'd like one person w/ food service experience to man a self-serve (non-alcoholic) beverage station, to refill the canisters throughout the night, refill ice, keep the station tidy, provide napkins and cups as needed, make coffee (instruction manual will be provided, coffee isn't needed until later in the evening, all materials will be provided), and help clean up the station following the reception.
