Maintenance Mechanic Dover, PA Competitive Pay + Full Benefits 2nd Shift | Mon-Thur or Tue-Fri | 3PM-1AM What You'll Do Troubleshoot & repair mechanical/electrical equipment (motors, conveyors, pumps, control systems) Perform preventative maintenance (lubrication, inspections, adjustments) Install & modify machinery, wiring, and components Support production by minimizing downtime Maintain CMMS records & order parts as needed Assist with facility maintenance (HVAC, lighting, plumbing) Ensure OSHA & safety compliance (LOTO, PPE) Required Skills Mechanical & electrical troubleshooting Industrial maintenance / repair experience Pneumatics & basic electrical Welding Nice to Have PLC troubleshooting Hydraulics HVAC experience Manual machining / fabrication Why Apply 120 hours PTO (160 after 5 years) 401k match (50% of first 6%) Full medical, dental, vision Life, AD&D, STD, HSA, FSA 9 holidays + birthday PTO Work Environment Manufacturing plant (printing presses, slitters, cutters) Mix of older & newer equipment Maintenance team of 5-8 technicians Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Dover, PA.
