What Youll Be Doing :

  • Welcome guests like they matterbecause they do
  • Check in/check out guests efficiently, accurately, and warmly
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • Answer calls and respond to guest questions and requests
  • Handle guest concerns with confidence and a problem-solving mindset
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready
  • Keep the front desk clean, organized, and inviting
  • Sell items from our treat shop (snacks, drinks, etc.) and assist guests with purchases
  • Stock, organize, and keep the treat shop looking fresh and fully supplied

What Were Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background in Hotel, food & beverage, retail, or Administrative preferred but not required
  • Organized and Detail Oriented
  • People person energy with a great smile!
  • Reliable and on-time
  • Basic computer skills (if you can learn apps, you can learn our system)
  • Available for weekends & holidays (a hotel has beds, but never sleeps)
