Make Ready Technician - Charlotte, NC 28262

Pay: $18/hr | Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Start Date: ASAP | ContracttoHire (Looking for Permanent Hire)

BG Staffing is seeking a hardworking Make Ready Technician to support an apartment community in Charlotte, NC (28262). This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping the property clean, presentable, and ready for new residents while also assisting with daily grounds and commonarea upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Assist with makeready tasks for vacant units
• Support grounds maintenance, including trash pickup and debris removal
• Perform trash cleanup around dumpsters and compactor areas
• Clean and maintain hallways, breezeways, and common areas
• Service and restock pet stations
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop hallways and shared spaces
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents

Requirements

• Previous makeready, janitorial, or grounds experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
