REVS Real Estate Reinvested LLC dba Alyson Orchard is seeking two (2) Housekeeping Attendant to work on their property at 57 Alyson's Lane, Walpole, NH 03608. The position will be full-time, and seasonal during the dates of May 15, 2026 - October 31, 2026.
The role of the Housekeeping Attendant is to clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms and common areas. Emptying wastebaskets, clean ashtrays, and transporting other trash and waste to disposal areas. Sweeping floors, using brooms or mop. Replenishing supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items. Vacuuming rugs, carpets, and dusting furniture. Sanitizing equipment and supplies. Observing necessary precautions required to protect guest property and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors. Sorting, counting, and marking clean linens and store them in linen closets. Respond to guest requests for extra amenities or room service in a friendly manner. Worker will also assist in the kitchen with food prep by cutting chicken to desired sizes for cooking, unpacking frozen salmon filets for cooking, making sauces and marinades, and warming up frozen foods in microwave. Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, following sanitation policies at all times; assisting team in receiving and putting away supplies; cleaning spills or broken glassware immediately; and reporting sanitation or janitorial issues to appropriate party. Workers will operate the industrial dishwasher to wash dishes, cups, coffee cups, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and other items. Will wash certain items including glassware by hand, as necessary. Other duties include emptying and cleaning all trash receptacles. Certain items will need to be washed by hand. The dishes and equipment will need to then be store appropriately. Employees also be responsible for reporting any equipment issues such as technical/performance issues and removing the garbage regularly.
Employees will work Mon-Sun an average of 40 hrs/wk. Must be able to work any 8 hr shift within the hours of 8 am to 11:30 pm. Days off rotate, shifts vary. Weekends and holiday are required as needed. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing. Must be flexible and be a team player. No minimum education is required.
The wage is $17.11 per hour. All deductions will be made from paychecks that are required by law. No other deductions will be made unless voluntarily agreed upon. Overtime may be available at $25.67 per hour. Wages will be paid weekly on Friday. The employer will use a single work week as its standard for computing wages due.
On the Job training will be provided. Employer will provide workers with tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job are provided at no charge. Daily transportation to and from the worksite is not provided.
This posting is being made in connection with an application for H-2B workers.
The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Transportation (including one piece of luggage, meals, and to the extent necessary, lodging).
The employer guarantees to offer the worker employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each applicable period, consistent with 655.20(f). For job orders covering 120 or more days, this guarantee applies to each 12-week period; for job orders covering less than 120 days, it applies to each 6-week period.
The employer has housing available for rent to the H-2B worker and is located at a cost of $200 per week per employee. The amount will be deducted from the paycheck if agreed upon. This is not a condition of employment and is optional. Alternatively, the employer will assist the workers to find suitable housing within walking distance of the worksite.
