NOMI health insurance network with zero co-pay, deductible or co-insurance expense Position Summary: Prepares beverages and supports meal service for residents and guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary dining and bistro/bar environment. Essential Responsibilities Prepare beverages and garnishes for the bistro/bar. Set and maintain dining room tables. Take food orders and deliver service in a timely, organized, and courteous manner. Anticipate resident needs and offer service options that enhance satisfaction. Maintain all dining and bistro/bar areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition in accordance with infection control standards, including proper attire and hygiene practices. Deliver food carts to designated areas and return carts to the kitchen. Collect and dispose of trash and waste appropriately. Clean dining areas, bistro/bar spaces, equipment, and workstations. Wash bar glassware using approved procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with sensitivity to residents' diverse needs and abilities. Demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and respect when interacting with residents, families, visitors, and team members. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Ability to build positive and professional working relationships. Education, Training & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Previous food service experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or institutional setting preferred. Required Licenses/Certifications Ability to obtain TIPS or other required beverage service certification.
