On-Call DIshwasher

ON CALL DISHWASHER The Rainier Club is seeking an outgoing and driven individual to serve as our On Call Dishwasher. This position is perfect for someone who has the flexibility of picking up weekend shifts as they are needed. The typical shift would be on Saturdays anywhere from one to four times a month, with most often a PM shift. There are occasional Sundays, and there would also be opportunity to cover weekday PM shifts (4pm-11pm) when another member of our dish team is out. The ideal candidate would have flexibility to work when needed. We seek candidates who are committed to producing very high-quality work while maintaining strict attention to detail. Shifts will vary based on weekly business levels. Job Duties Include:Set up, operate, and maintain the dish machineOrganize and put away all dish, silver, glass, pot/pan, and equipment for all food outletKeep general maintenance in the kitchen including sweeping, mopping, cleaning, silver polishing, trash removal, compost, recycle and assisting in other projects as necessaryThe ability to participate in food prep as directed by Executive Chef or Sous ChefsPrepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc.Help with daily staff meal, including set up and food productionPerform other kitchen duties as assignedJob Type: On-Call Salary: $22.00 per hour Weekly day range:Weekends as needed
