Requirements: Previous customer service experience Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication, organization, and management skills Highly detail-oriented and responsible Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Skilled in handling difficult situations and enforcing guidelines diplomatically Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and data entry Ability to stand for 70% of the time and lift packages up to 20 lbs.
