40% 1. Prepares a limited variety of alcoholic drinks by selecting proper premix and garnish where a working knowledge of the various mixed drinks is required. Serves prons counter or table service. Receives payment, operes a cash register, and makes and returns change to prons or waiter. Works from drink recipes and is held strictly responsible for pre-measuring drinks to meet all retail accountability requirements.
35% 2. Prepares a variety of sandwich type food orders following recipes. Takes food orders and sends them to kitchen for preparion. Serves food, alcoholic drinks, receives payments, operes a cash register, and makes and returns change to prons.
10% 3. Cleans equipment in kitchen and service counter area. Washes dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and flware. Cleans me slicer in accordance with cleaning instructions. Sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors. Disposes of food waste and trash
.5% 4. Prepares Daily Activity Report for cash receipt documention end of shift and deposits monies in drop safe.
5% 5. Secures building close of business in absence of management.
5% 6. Performs other duties as assigned.
