Steinhaus Keller is a high-volume, chef-driven German restaurant located at 801 Central Ave, Suite 15. We are seeking one experienced server to join our 30-person team.

This is a fast-paced, detail-driven, alcohol-forward environment. You must be able to handle a full section independently and deliver a polished, professional dining experience.

• Have 3+ years of full-service serving experience
• Are confident managing a section without supervision
• Can handle volume while staying organized and composed
• Have strong knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails (or can learn quickly)
• Take pride in professionalism, appearance, and attention to detail

If you need basic serving training, this is not the role for you.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient section
• Present menu and guide guests through food and beverage selections
• Deliver food and drinks with accuracy and timing
• Provide attentive, high-level guest service throughout the dining experience

• 21+ (alcohol service required)
• Minimum 3 years serving experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Clean-cut, professional appearance

• Nightly tip payouts on a debit card
• Consistent scheduling for real life planning
• High earning potential in a busy, established restaurant
• Professional team environmentno babysitting, no chaos
