Bakery Counter Staff / Cashier/ Barista

Estiatorio Plaka is looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic team members to join our bakery team!

We are currently hiring for a Bakery Counter / Barista / Cashier position. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for food and coffee, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide excellent service
Take orders and operate the POS system
Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and beverages
Package and present bakery items (pastries, breads, desserts)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter
Restock display cases and supplies as needed

Requirements:

Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Basic coffee/barista experience preferred (but willing to train)
Reliable and punctual
Weekend availability is a plus
