About the role:
The Concierge Agent is responsible for, responding to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
What you will do:
- The ability to coordinate pre-arrival with an emphasis on fulfilling requests, following up on special requests, handling instructions and adhering to established credit policies and procedures.
- The ability to follow up with guest's during their stay to ascertain satisfaction and respond accordingly.
- The ability to handle multiple phone lines.
- The ability to make meaningful and insightful recommendations that will enhance the guest experience and customized to their needs and preferences.
What you bring:
- One to two years' previous experience in Guest Services roles; previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset
- Strong communication skills
