Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks

Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service at the bar and to dining guests

Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout service

Follow portioning, recipe, and presentation standards

Accurately handle cash and credit transactions

Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service

Support team service and assist with restocking and closing duties

Contribute to a positive and professional team atmosphere

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in an upscale-casual or high-volume restaurant is REQUIRED

Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, spirits, and beer is REQUIRED

Experience with seafood-focused menus and raw bar service is a plus

TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred

Skills and Qualities:

Professional and polished with a warm, approachable demeanor

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy, fast-paced setting

Excellent communication and guest engagement skills

Strong organizational habits and attention to cleanliness

Team player with a willingness to assist in all aspects of service

Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
