As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations and ensure an outstanding experience for every guest.

• Lead and inspire back-of-house team members during high-volume service
• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution standards
• Support labor management, scheduling, and team productivity goals
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
• Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Help create a positive, accountable, and high-performing kitchen culture

• 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar leadership role
• Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Experience managing food costs, labor, inventory, and kitchen systems
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-focused during peak service periods
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence
