About the Role

As a Server, you'll deliver a warm, attentive, and knowledgeable guest experience. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to guide guests through our food and award-winning wine offerings. Weekend and holiday availability is a must. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with warmth and genuine care.
• Guide guests through the food and wine menus with thoughtful recommendations and pairings.
• Take and enter orders accurately, ensuring polished delivery from kitchen to table.
• Participate in menu trainings and tastings, and pass menu tests to stay current.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room per health and safety standards.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in a high-end or high-volume restaurant.
• Working knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Composure and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certification preferred.
• Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Transparency: $17.00/hour ($11.35/hour base + tips). Tips range from $200$250 per day.

• Stock and replenish bar inventory, and assist with inventory management.
• Assist with bar opening and closing procedures.
