Summary:

This is a highly visible and key role responsible for the successful set-up, service, and tear down of all Banquet events to include coffee breaks, 3-meal dining, and bar operions. This person is responsible for assisting the Event Managers in the successful ownership and operional execution of Banquet Functions and duties. Must be available weekends!

Responsibilities:

Wh Youll Do

• Responsible for the successful set-up, service, clean-up, and tear-down of banquet events.
• Set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks in assigned areas correctly and accurely.
• Professionally serve food and beverages butler-style, tableside, and from buffets.
• Monitor tables, buffets, and breaks to keep them clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Assist other members of the banquet team to deliver a phenomenal event th exceeds guest expections.
• Be an ambassador of the hotel by maintaining a ne and professional appearance.
• Anticipe guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality while always exhibiting professionalism and friendliness.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparion methods, and garnishes; accurely answer any guest questions.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Wh Youll Bring

• Knowledge of various food-service styles.
• Previous banquet or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and move for long periods of time and lift more than 10 pounds.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
