Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Part-time or Full-time Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM 1:30 PM; additional hours available as needed

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients professionally and efficiently
  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and compassion
  • Check clients in and out for appointments
  • Schedule appointments and manage appointment flow
  • Prepare paperwork and documentation for appointments
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Assist with general administrative and front desk responsibilities
  • Help maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
  • Support hospital operations by providing exceptional customer service
