• Collect and organize used dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Load, operate, and unload commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Properly clean, sanitize, and store kitchen items according to health department standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dish area and kitchen.
• Assist with trash removal and general kitchen cleaning duties.
• Support the culinary team by ensuring clean equipment is always available during service.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Assist with additional kitchen duties as assigned.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Prior back-of-house experience is helpful but not required.
• Interest in learning kitchen operations and pastry techniques is a plus.
